C is for cookies

Now that I have that song stuck in my head, lets move on to some yummy cookie making.

I am a big cookie person. Love to eat them, love to make them. We have some go to recipes and certain cookies that we make all the time. The biggest one we make (it's the hubby's favorite and he's diabetic) is a regular ole Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Matt's favorite is my Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies. I only make them in the fall, so he tends to savor them. Not that they last long to begin with anyway.

What's your favorite cookie to eat?

  1. love your back to basics theme - reminds me of the old wooden blocks. now everything is plastic and technologized! and i <3 pumpkin anything - fall is my favorite season! probably good that pumpkin isn't a year round thing or i'd get sick of it and not have anything to look forward to! happy c day!

  3. I like chocolate chip. Sometimes we make them with butterscotch chips. And yes, I do the baking.

  4. I found this fantastic recipe for gluten free Quinoa cookies that are just beyond delicious. I keep the dough frozen and throw some in the oven whenever we've got it on. So good :)
